Once
your consultation has been booked, I will send you a health
questionnaire and a food diary which should be completed
and returned to me a week before your appointment. This
will allow me to prepare thoroughly for the initial consultation.
During the consultation I
will ask more questions so I can get a detailed picture
of your health and identify connections to uncover the
root cause of your health concerns. I will then explain
the likely reasons for your current state of health and
together we will agree a programme which will work towards
achieving your goals. The programme will include dietary
and lifestyle recommendations and possibly food supplements
if I believe these could be of benefit .
In some circumstances I may suggest
testing to help identify the best strategy.

minutes - £45)
A
follow-up consultation is usually booked for 4-6 weeks
later and in this session we will discuss your progress
and make any necessary changes to your programme.

Other
services
Personal food shopper (£40 per hour)
On this trip I can make
your weekly food shop a breeze by helping you to identify
those foods you should and should not be putting in
your trolley. Following the consultation I will send
you a weekly shopping list.
Kitchen Cleanse (£40 per hour)
Out with the old and in
with the new. An excellent start to your programme.
This can follow a home consultation or be done separately.
I will provide you with a comprehensive shopping list
detailing healthy alternatives and where to buy them
as well as an accompanied trip to the supermarket if
desired.
Support
My fees include the support
service of up to three telephone calls or e-mail queries
following each appointment.
Payment
A £25 deposit is
paid at the time of booking and the balance is due at
the end of the consultation (cash or cheque). Packages
must be paid for in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled
or amended up to 48 hours before the confirmed time
and date otherwise the £25 deposit remains non-refundable.
Supplements
I offer both current and
past clients 10% discount on supplements ordered via
the Nutricentre.
